This Delivery Policy describes how your order will be charged and delivered to you
We collect payments via 3rd Party Companies that are validated internationally and trusted worldwide. We use PayPal, EasyPay and others depending on the country and currency you want to pay in. We DO NOT store any of your credit card details on our site. Although you may be required to save them on the 3rd Party Payment site.
Goods are delivered to you via a 3rd PArty Courier Service. our order will be packed within 2 working days and shipped to your delivery address. A Tracking number and the courier service we use will be emailed to you.
The Courier company we use will depend on the country you want the order shipped to. Courier charges will be displayed on the final payment page, although the basket/cart may show a different price due to regional preferences. We also allow optional Collection from our stores.
You have the right to a full refund for any product you buy online from fayizandco.com.
Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of you receiving your order and can only be approved if the product you bought online from us is return in its original packing and undamaged. If the product you received is damaged or as you expected on our online store you must send photos of the product to our email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and description of the damage within 24 hours of you receiving the product. Any product that has been worn/used will not be accepted as a returned product.
